TunnelBuddy — DMCA / Copyright Policy
Contracting party: PICHON LENOLI PTY LTD as trustee for PICHON LENOLI Trading Trust (ABN [54 574 905 948]) trading as TunnelBuddy ("TunnelBuddy", "we", "us").
This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners can notify us about allegedly infringing content or traffic involving the TunnelBuddy service (the "Service").
TunnelBuddy is a peer-to-peer proxy tool. We generally do not host content; instead, traffic flows directly between end users. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will review notices that comply with applicable law (including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, where relevant).
Submitting a notice
If you believe that content or traffic using TunnelBuddy infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our Designated Agent with the information typically required under the DMCA or your local copyright law, including:
- Your name and contact details (such as email address or phone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the material or activity you believe is infringing (to the extent you can identify it in the context of a peer-to-peer proxy tool).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is usually sufficient for email).

Our handling of notices
Because TunnelBuddy is designed as a local proxy/exit-node tool, our ability to see or control specific content may be limited. Where feasible, we may:
- review the notice for completeness and legal sufficiency;
- take reasonable steps to limit or block specific abusive use of our Service infrastructure; and/or
- contact the relevant user where we have sufficient information to do so.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee that any particular action will be taken, but we will handle valid reports in good faith and in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
